Trident Metals - A Brief History

Established in 1978, Trident was a forerunner at the inception of the non-ferrous and ferrous metal recycling industry within the North of England and North Wales being the first registered site in North Wales under environmental legislation introduced in the early 1990’s.

In 1996 we developed our business even further and launched an aluminium reprocessing and melting division culminating in our ability to pay top prices for aluminium scraps, as we not only sorted aluminium scraps but we melt to produce aluminium ingot to BS1490 standard and known specification re-melt sow, supplying direct to industry which circumvents the normal supply route therefore increasing value.

In October 2003 we were accredited with the industry recognised standard ISO 9001:2000. Certificate number GB11558
